Happy Mooncake Festival!!! SCR and Sunny Hill ...

Yesterday was Mooncake Festival! I didnt went on for big celebration or wad because I'm having my one week Stupid Examination! I gotta do my revision and there're damn lotsa things to revise! Happy Mooncake Festival to all!!

Singapore Chicken Rice ( which used to be ) last time, now is known as SCR. I went to SCR located at Jalan Song for lunch today. Well, as wad I'd said, I wanna try to look at the Menu this time and decide to try other food there. Jalan Song's branch is kinda different from other branch. The food is quite special and more choices than other branch. But, the food there is much more expensive. I always tried Salad Chicken Rice at 3rd Mile's branch and also Song Thian Cheok's Branch, those branches got the same price which is Rm 4.30 per plate not included (*GSC ) but here, Rm5.00 not included *GSC (Goverment Service Charge).

My coursemate said the taste is quite OK.

The mee is using the Maggie's MEE and the packet of Chicken Flavour POWDER!

Well, I happened to stop by this traffic light at Laksamana Cheng Ho road to Rock Road on the way to my campus. I suddenly noticed that Kuching actually is quite beautiful if we dont compare with other places lar. Mai Hiam Eh Sai la.. ( Hokkien )

This noon, I went to SCR again to take lunch. Yesterday I took my lunch there too. In one month, I can reach 5 times the most to Step IN SCR. I'm the regular customer ok. Haha. Well, everytime when I go to SCR, I dont have to take my time look at the menu anymore. I'll just simply order, 1 Salad Chicken Rice pls. And also 1 Black and White ( Cincau + Soya Bean ). Thats wad i order 10 times 10 times the same. Untill today, i just realise there's some weird smell in the meat that i ate. I think the next time i have to look at the menu ady. Wanna try other food. hehe..

Sunny Hill. After that, we went to Sunny Hill for some ice cream. Well, we had been there continuously 3 days ady. And today, i went twice. Noon one time and night time with my family. Last time i used to go Igloo for ice cream. but now, i just felt it dont worth the $$ we paid. Its lesser and not as creamy as any ice cream out there. So i prefer Sunny Hill now. And, Song Kheng Hai's ABC. :)

Tuesday's flavour was Vanila and Chocolate.
Yesterday's was Vanila and Stawberry.
And and.. today's is Vanila + Corn. Hahaha. Corn, my favourite!! :P

Kolok mee.
This Kolok Mee at Tabuan Jaya just reight beside Siang Siang is strongly Recoomended. The stall name is Ah Ping Stall if im not mistaken.
Its very nice. Exp when u order it with RED ( in Hokkien). Rm2.50. Rating: 9/10

The soup that i ask the tauke give got lots of Onion. Yeah! I love it damn much!! Well, im onion strong lover! But many ppl said, eat more onion and u will Fang Pi more. Hahaha

Mixed Sweet and Salty Char Kueh! The best taste ever i tried is at tabuan jaya's Market.

Dian Biang Hu. Its very nice. Guess many foochow will like this damn much. :P

Today is my coursemate's birthday! We plan to go this Daily Fresh Cafe to take dinner. It just opened for few months and i dont see much people inside everytime I walked pass.

Daily Fresh Cafe, or known as Tian Tian Mei Shi Jia in chinese. Located at Jalan Song commercial centre right beside Wo Lai Ye and behind the Ling Loong Seafood Cafe.

It offers lots kind of food, including western and also chinese cuisine.

This is the mooncake my coursemate bought at Wo Lai Ye. Just give it a try, its not bad though, very soft! :P

Too many ajinamoto lar! My hair will drop!! :)

This plate is too big for one small bowl of rice!! See? So many free space, put vege ar? haha

This plate of Spagetti i dont know the name coz my coursemate ordered it. Seems like quite nice but i didnt get the chance to taste it! hehe

Next, Red BBQ Tauhu. Erm, taste quite nice. Rating: 8/10

Deer Meat! Its quite hard and big. Not cut into very small piece and didnt really dip into hot water for enough time. Heard most people use Soda powder to make it soft! It will cause cancer to human body! Rating: 6.5/10

French Fries... Hahaha. Just for fun!!

Thai Style Fish Fillet! Rating: 8/10. Quite nice but the quatity just like that nia! Not full after we ate all this! And quite exp!!

Crab Meat Egg Omolette! Rating: 7/10. Its quite simple and common but the taste quite nice lor..

After Dinner, we got our Happy Hour time! Normally ppl wil shout YamSeng! We shouted Gan Bei!! Hehehe. Fun Fun!!

Over all, we ordered 6 dishes, and one spagetti with two side orders, French Fries. We paid the amount of Rm211.30 with suspecting they DID overcount on some dishes coz they are tricky to answer me when i ask for the list of the bill. To see the dish and the price. But then, im rushing! So i let u go, but due to ur rudeness and also the quality of food, i suppose, there wont be a 2nd time for me to got there for Dinner! For breakfast or lunch, i would like to try ur western food instead!

Delicious? Yes? Hahaha

No Special happening around coz busy lifes going on. No lim teh, no badminton no ... no ... all No NO nO!! Well, nvm, i still need to eat although busy. hahaha.. Some lame food pics. Dont mind ya~

Wanton Mee. At times, i will miss it very much and will just simply order one to eat. I like those wanton with alot of meat inside not just one bite.

Tomato BeeHoon. Well, did it look like one?
I think No! And the taste is damn horrible! So dry look like a dry fried beehoon.
The cafe even got the toilet smell somemore! Its located opposite the tabuan Jaya's market and behind the block of RHB bank. Not nice!!

Anyway. cafe's owner gonna change end of this month. So happy to get this news. The food used to be expensive with low qualities and quantities.!!

Open Air Sio Bee. I love it! Now can get from anyway ady. Not only open air market. But still prefer there de coz can drink with one cup of fresh really fresh soya bean milk!! :P

Yesterday, 08/08/2007, i read Sin Chew Daily Newspaper and there's news and sipnosis about the 2008 财政与预算案 and also one thing that attracted me the most is ....

Penang Lantern Festival. A Japan company will make the Deco at a location somewhere in Penang and will be start on 15th of Sept till 31st of Dec. Thats mean I'll got this chance to pay a visit there since i'll be at Penang end of the year. The Deco will be something like Eye On Malaysia at Selangor, KL. But of coz, it wont be that gorgeous and the budget will be much lesser.

Latern Festival, Hari raya, Christmas and also New Year eve will all be celebrated together with the existen of the Japan's Deco. It will only end on the 31st of Dec 2007.

(Friday till Sunday, Public Holidays' EVE will be at the actual Price. While from Monday to Thursday when u bought a ticket, u'll get a ticket for free at the same price as the ticket that u bought.) It's not very clear. Hopefully someone go to the Place and tell me more so that i can make some correction if mistaken.

Perodua

Well, my Speedo-meter exceeded 1000 and i have to send my Myvi for 1st time service at the Perodua Service centre. My dad called on Tuesday for appointment and they arranged us on today, Sunday, 09/09/2007. I sleep at 2am last night and i cant wake up this morning untill my dad shouted at me. haahha.. I ask him to go himself coz im lazy to wake up. but after a while, i Jump out of my bed and go ready.
I felt lucky after that because everything seems to be arranged without my knowledge but actually i dont know anything at all...

U know, today is Hari Pelanggan. My god! They decorated the whole service centre with balloon and also some music. Bum bum bum!! Hahaha..

After we registered ourselves and passed our car for them to service, we are give one free gift each and also one lucky draw each. Wel, both me and my dad got a Thank You note for the Lucky Draw. So actually we are not lucky enough! hehe
Oh ya? Wad is this? The free gift? Like some kind of cert??

Its a bag actually. Quite nice design. Simple and unique. but then will i use it?
The answer will be no. I cannot tahan if i put my Tupperware inside. hahaa. And i'll be very weird to carry this Monster-Bag.
For girls, sure they will like it. coz they can put wadever they wanted to bring for their shopping. Digicam, Handphone, cosmetics, perfume, water.. Anything that i missed out girls??
hahaha.. No offence k? :)

They got this comfy set of Sofa and Tv with Astro for the customer to watch while waiting.

Well, since its a Hari Pelanggan, they serve us with meals. Yeah! I can have a free brunch there and after that, i can go home back and sleep again. huhuhuhu~
There're quite different kinds of food served. Fried beehoon, Mee, rice, Ayam masak merah which used to be my fav malay food, Leman and also the satay Kuah. its quite nice overall.

There are also kuih in the container. I didnt try it because it seems not to delicious and i cant see any Try-Me-Please on it! hahaha..

Two kinds of drinks. Air bandul and also orange. Well, the bandul is quite sweet. but its free. Wad do u expect? Carrot Juice? Watermelon Juice? hahaha.. No no...

Besides, in the office and also the place where cutomer waits for their cars to be service, there are Coffees, tea and also Plain water. U can just simply take anyone u like..

We payed Rm 210 for all the services and changes of Parts. Oh ya. Today, extra parts to be added will be 10% discounts. For those qualify for service, pls inform ur parents about this and go to the service centre NOW! Before they closed today! hahahaha
U'll get wad i get and blog out. Sure!!

After we pay our bill, There's one more free gift. My god. A monster Cup. I'm wondering want to use it for wad? Bancuh milo? No, too big cup, will be damn full later. Ohh.. I finally decided. I'll Use it to help BRUSHING my teeth. hIakz hiakz HiakZ... :P~
